Scope of Work
- Post signing the client agreement, our surveyors do an immediate & extensive site visit.
- Simultaneously, our Technical, Engineering & Finance teams pour down data for your report (DPR).
- Our Team Strategists then work on ways to best portray your project & company to the Bank.
- All the teams, mainly the Finance team will have a sit down with your Finance Dept / CFO and finalize the project financials with adjustments of all possible scenarios.
- Once all the data has been submitted by the respective teams, then our Top Management assembles your Project Report while also updating you at all the steps.
- After covering A-Z of your project in complete detail, the DPR is submitted for final approval of the company promoters.
- Generally, depending on the size of the project, our entire process in completing your project takes between 15 days – 25 days.
